What Vibe Coding Looks Like at 7am on a Tuesday

7:02am. Alarm goes off. I don't get up. Obviously.

7:08am. I'm scrolling Telegram instead of Instagram like a person who has their priorities slightly rearranged. There's a message from Claude. Overnight build finished. The new pricing page has three layout options waiting for review.

7:12am. I thumb-type from bed: 'Option B but make the CTA buttons bigger and move testimonials above the fold.' Send.

7:14am. Coffee. The real kind. Not the aesthetic latte from a content creator's morning routine reel. The kind where you stand in the kitchen in yesterday's t-shirt waiting for the machine to stop making noise.

The Build

7:22am. Claude's done. I review the pricing page on my phone. It's good. Not perfect. The spacing on mobile is off. I type: 'Too much padding between price cards on mobile. Tighten it up.'

7:25am. While that's building, I open the product backlog I keep in a Telegram saved message. Three things on today's list: finish the pricing page, write a blog post description, update the FAQ for the bookkeeping guide.

7:28am. I text Claude the FAQ update. Paste the old FAQ, tell it what changed, ask for a rewrite. Meanwhile the pricing page fix comes back. Looks right. Ship it.

The Mundane Miracle

7:40am. New product page is live. FAQ rewrite is back and it's clean. I approve it. That's two out of three before 8am.

7:45am. I start on the blog post description but I'm not feeling it. The words aren't coming. So I don't force it. I text Claude: 'Give me five options for a blog post teaser about prompt length. Punchy. Under 20 words each.'

7:48am. Five options land. Number three is good. I tweak two words and save it.

7:52am. I spin up three agents for background tasks. One's updating the product image alt text across the site. One's generating meta descriptions for the new pages. One's running a link check. None of this needs me watching.

The Shower

8:15am. Shower. The agents are still building. I'm not checking my phone because I'm not a monster. But I know that when I get out, there will be three completed tasks waiting for review.

8:40am. Hair wrapped in a towel. Phone check. All three done. Alt text looks good. Meta descriptions need one edit. Link check found two broken links that get fixed in thirty seconds.

8:45am. Today's list is done. All of it. Before 9am.

The Point
